Indian Hill Is pleased to host the region's newest Irish session, bringing Celtic Traditional music to Littleton. Co-led by Irish traditional fiddler Laurel Martin and flutist Eileen Yarrison (Chair of the IHM Wind Dept.), we'll develop a playlist of tunes from the Irish, Cape Breton, and Scottish musical repertoire. We'll start as a slow session, with hopes to add an up-tempo session as we move along. We will work "by ear", but written music will be available. Six times during the school year we'll offer a workshop and performance with some of the area's finest Celtic musicians (see below). Beginners are welcome and no prior experience is necessary.

March 27 - Matt & Shannon Heaton (whistle/flute/guitar) - Irish traditional

April 17 - Flynn Cohen (mandolin) - Irish traditional

May 22 - Laurel Martin (fiddle) - Irish traditional
