Summer Term 2008 - General Information
Indian Hill Music is a non-profit regional center for music education and performance founded in 1985 and located in
Littleton, Massachusetts. Our mission is to benefit individuals, families and communities through music.
Indian Hill Music School provides private and group lessons, ensembles and workshops to people of all ages and abilities. The school serves more than 1,500 students annually with a faculty of over 75 professional artist/educators, and awards more than $35,000 in need-based scholarships to students in its service area each year. Indian Hill Music’s professional Performance Series features classical and pops concerts by The Orchestra of Indian Hill - Greater Boston’s premier professional orchestra led by Music Director Bruce Hangen as well as chamber music, jazz, musical theater and family events presented in Littleton and Groton. Indian Hill’s Community Outreach Program partners with surrounding communities to provide educational music experiences in public and private schools, elder housing facilities, hospitals and other organizations. LOCATION & DIRECTIONS: Programs are held at Indian Hill Music School,
36 King Street, Littleton, MA. From Rte. 495, take Exit 30 and turn left onto King
Street (Rte. 110/2A). Building is .6 miles on the right, with parking and entrance
in the rear.
Our facility is fully-accessible. Outdoor space is available for snack and break times.
TUITION : Full payment is due at registration (unless otherwise stated). We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. There are no refunds unless we cancel a program. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
FINANCIAL AID: Indian Hill is committed to providing a quality music education regardless of a student's financial circumstances. Scholarships are available for all of our programs. Click
here for current form. Application is due at time of registration, and the deadline for summer scholarships is June 15.
Funding provided by the Albert and Elizabeth Stone Scholarship Fund, the Charles Lincoln Gagnebin Memorial Fund, and funds raised at our annual Performathon.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Indian Hill Music School reserves the right at any time to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. We will make every effort to hold all classes offered. In the case of a cancellation, those effected will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued if another suitable class is not available.
