About the Festival: Treat your child to this popular program offering memories and lessons that will last a lifetime! Summerdaymusicaltheater offers young people a fun and exciting venue in which to express themselves through singing, dancing and acting. The study of theater arts also helps in the development of life skills like teamwork, self-motivation, effective communication (both listening and articulating), focusing, self-discipline, physical awareness and dexterity.
Students will learn and immediately apply new skills and concepts to the stage through a series of integrated workshops and rehearsals, with the guidance of our team of professional artists/educators. This exciting four-week program will culminate in four fully-staged performances of ANNIE, one of the most beloved musicals of all time. The show features over 50 roles for male and female actors/singers.
