When will I receive my tickets?
Subscription tickets are mailed by September 6. Single tickets are mailed a week prior to first event ordered. Programs are subject to change.

What happens if my plans change and I can't attend a concert?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you find you cannot attend a concert as planned, please notify us in advance to make your seats available to other patrons (or share them with friends!) You may also call us at 978.486.9524 x116 to recycle your tickets. Your contribution benefits Indian Hill Music and you will receive an acknowledgment for tax purposes.

Are children welcome at symphony concerts?
Our experience has shown that these concerts are wonderful experiences for ages 6 and up, and not appropriate for infants and toddlers, especially as our concerts are recorded. Events and programs for families with younger children are listed on our website.
