ABOUT INDIAN HILL MUSIC

Indian Hill Music is a regional non-profit center for music education, performance, and community outreach – your home for vibrant music experiences. We are motivated by the belief that music inspires both our hearts and our minds, encourages the growth and development of the whole person, and is integral to the lives of everyone we serve.

Our Music School offers lessons in 30+ instruments and voice for all ages in all musical styles – from classical and jazz to rock, roots, and pop. Whether you want to perform on stage, ace an audition, or play for your own personal development and enjoyment, we are here to help you grow as a musician.

Indian Hill Music’s professional performance season is anchored by concerts of the critically-acclaimed, 70-member Orchestra of Indian Hill, led by Artistic Director and Conductor, Bruce Hangen. We also present live performances by Indian Hill musicians and guests in our Jazz Series, Chamber Music at Indian Hill, Jazz & Roots Jams, special events, and the Kalliroscope Gallery Chamber Music Series.

We believe that everyone should have the chance to participate in music! That’s why we invest over $100,000 in need-based scholarships and outreach programs annually, including performances and educational programs for public schools, free monthly “Bach’s Lunch” concerts for seniors, and community events serving some 7,000 people annually. We also offer bedside singing for healing and comfort to those in hospice care through our volunteer Threshold Singers.
