August 2015: Purchase of 110 acres on Old Ayer Road
in Groton followed by initial clean-up of site.

January 2017: Groton Planning Board approves Site Plan.

March 2017: Groundbreaking for construction.

April 2017: First foundation pour.

June 2017: First site visit by Indian Hill Music patrons.

July 2018: Going vertical

September 5, 2018: Steel erection in progress.

September 14, 2018: *Glulam beams and decking grids installed.

September 26, 2018: *Glulam roof decking.

Glulam tuning form columns erected.

October 2018: *Glulam “tuning fork” supports being erected at Recital Hall

*Glulam is a type of structural engineered wood also known as glued laminated timber.
